Download the SimMon app to the two devices you want to use - using the same AppStore account on both devices enables you to download SimMon to all your devices at no additional cost.
Turn on WiFi or Bluetooth and start SimMon on both devices. On the device you are want to use as a remote, press "Use as remote control". Leave the other device at the main menu. A list of devices with SimMon apps that can be controlled will appear. Press the name of the iPad you want to use as a monitor.
The monitor appears with everything disabled. As the students attach monitoring equipment to the patient press, sat, blood pressure to activate the readings. When the three lead ECG leads are attached press on the waveform area left of the numerical readings to activate traces as well.
